Breaking News : Attack on Olympic buses

A transport conveying writers between Olympic venues in Rio de Janeiro has had two windows crushed, after stones were tossed at it on Tuesday evening.

There was starting caution when it was thought the harm was brought about by gunfire.

A couple of the dozen individuals on board endured minor cuts.

The transport was going between the Deodoro hockey venue and the fundamental press focus at Barra da Tijuca.

"There was a popping, splitting clamor," said a picture taker from the UK's Press Association."The transport didn't grind to a halt however stopped. Everybody was on the floor so I got on the floor too."

A police escort immediately arrived and went with the transport back to the press focus.

"The two windows did not smash quickly but rather one of them broke as we drove along the motorway," the picture taker included.

It is obscure who tossed the stones at the transport, reports the BBC.
