The EFCC have forced the Post No Bill (PNB) measure on the financial balances of each one of the individuals who are embroiled in the arms bargain embarrassment under the governorship of President Goodluck Jonathan.

News24 Nigeria reported that Dasuki dragged the National Government under the watchful eye of an Abuja High Court, testing his detainment in the guardianship of the Division of the State Administration (DSS) since December 2015.
Dasuki who asserted that his principal right to flexibility of freedom and poise to life has been terribly abused by the central government with his confinement, appealed to God for a request of the court to propel the government to pay him N15bn as general harms and pay for his affirmed unlawful detainment and imprisonment infringing upon his rights as revered in the 1999 Constitution.
